In last week’s post, I shared a wonderful way to serve your customers to help you increase sales along with a “Holiday Gift Giving Wish List” free printable.   Make sure you’re getting all the free printables I’m sharing each week to help you take action to SAVE that $100 each week for 10 weeks. Now, on to this week’s tip.

Holiday catalogues and Holiday brochures are a window to all your beautiful products.   Retail stores spend a lot of time and money on designing and dressing their holiday windows to excite customers to buy their products.

What are you doing with your Holiday Brochures and catalogues? Do you realize these are excellent sales tools to help you increase your sales, bookings and recruiting business each week?

Your customers need solutions to their gift giving holiday shopping and sharing your beautiful brochures and catalogs will help them complete their shopping needs. So get your customer mailing list up to date and use this very simple TWO-STEP process.

STEP #1 EVERY MONDAY

Mail out 10 Holiday brochures/catalogues to 10 Customers with a quick handwritten note offering them a HOLIDAY special.   Mailing 10 catalogues every week, is not overwhelming and not expensive.

STEP #2 EVERY THURSDAY

Make a specific follow-up phone call to the 10 customers you mailed the brochure. Here’s an example of a script you might use  

“Hello Suzie,

            It’s Gale from XYZ company, I’m wondering if you received my holiday brochure this week? Great. Suzie, I’d love to help you fill your Holiday gift giving list this year. The product on page (4) is perfect for your children’s teacher (or something you know benefits her.)

            I know how busy you are and I wanted to invite you to my Holiday customer appreciation party on (date) so you can see all the products first hand. However, if you’re too busy, I’m also ready to take orders over the phone.  This year I’m adding a free “gift wrapping” service for my special customers like you.”

This is an easy two-step activity to help you TAKE ACTION each week to save your $100! Simply, mail out 5-10 catalogues every Monday, and follow up on Thursday with a telephone call.
