10WeekSavingsWow, the weeks are rolling along and we are at week SEVEN! What will you feel like when your SAVINGS hits that exciting $700 savings mark? I’m proud of you sticking too seven weeks. If you missed a week, there’s time to catch up to save your $1000 for your own Christmas Cheer in the next three weeks!

Last week’s post was all about creating a campaign to send out  HOLIDAY BROCHURES and CATALOGS with a free printable.  Make sure you’re getting all the free printables each week to help you take action to SAVE $100 each week for 10 weeks.

This week’s tip is about GOLDEN ORDERS!   Golden orders Outside ordersare outside orders you get from parties. These orders are usually the result of you working very closely with your hostess. The key to getting outside orders is a three step process.

#1 Step.   Alert your hostess on “what to say” when inviting friends to attend the party. Many times when you ask someone to attend they say, “Oh, I’m so sorry I have another commitment.”   You want to make sure your hostess knows what to say, so, you give her words to say,like

“Jane, I’m sorry you can’t attend, but these products are so fabulous. I recommend you go to the website at (URL) and I’ll be happy to place your order with my consultant.”

 #2 Step. Ask the Critical Hostess Question. In the Direct Sales Planner, you’ll find there is a hostess question list to ask every hostess to get the right attendance at parties.  There is ONE CRITICAL question that you must ask every hostess, and here it is.

“Suzie, who do you know who works in an office with 10 people?”

This one question will make the difference in your outside orders. If she knows ONE person who works in an office with 10 people that’s the possibility of getting 10 or more outside orders added to her party. Again, you have to make sure you’re asking the right questions and building that BFF relationship with every hostess.

#3 Step. Give your hostess an “outside order” incentive.  We often ask the hostess to invite MORE people so we get the right number to attend. A great way to help her realize the benefits of those golden outside orders, is to give her an incentive!

“Suzie, if you have people who’d like to place outside orders, and your total gets to $300, I have a special gift for you.”

Let her know that when she begins her party with $300 in outside orders, she’s well on her way to having $1000 sales party and her hostess benefits are extremely high.

golden rules 2The reason these OUTSIDE ORDERS are GOLDEN is the follow-up you make.  Each one of these orders from people you haven’t met yet have the potential to be your next hostess and even your next recruit!
