There are three “simple” steps to achieving goals.  This is something I was taught when I first became a leader and went to my first Leadership training.  It has stuck with me ever since, and helped me grow my million dollar team.

 These steps are SO “simple” you might tend to dismiss them, but if you pay attention and follow these three simple steps “consistently” every day, you will find yourself hitting your recruiting goal in the next 90-days.  Sometimes it’s those “simple” things in life that can have the biggest impact on us.

Are you noticing that people are getting in the spirit?  Yesterday, I bought the BIG bags of candy for Halloween ready for the biggest night of the year in our neighborhood when everyone comes together.  There are no cars, only lots of moms and dads with their precious little ones walking from house to house enjoying little faces that light up saying, “Trick or Treat!”  We seem to have one of the most popular neighborhoods and my fear is that I will run out of candy too soon.

It’s a night where most parents are “committed” to making sure their children have fun and are safe! And that’s Step #3 to achieving your 90-day recruiting goal.

Step #3 is simply being 100% FULLY COMMITTED, READY TO GIVE YOUR ALL to your goal. 

Being 100% fully committed, ready to give it your all, means you are focused on your goal, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.  Maybe you’ve made 10 phone calls to prospects to set interview appointments and receive 10 “no’s.”  But you keep going and make 10 more calls.

Being 100% fully committed, ready to give it your all, means you show up in your business EVERY DAY!  Maybe you’re feeling half hearted about attending a networking event, but you get rid of that feeling and are fully committed and meet your next recruit.

Being 100% fully committed, ready to give it your all, means you’re feeling unsure of your skills in sharing your business opportunity, but you plough through and set your first recruiting appointment and she’s not interested, but you “did” it and it   wasn’t so scary and you’re ready to schedule another appointment soon.

Don’t be fooled when you’re NOT 100% fully committed and ready to give it your all, that it is only affecting one area of your business.  It can negatively affect MANY areas of your business. Everything matters when running your business, especially your commitments.  And yes, sometimes, things we’re doing need to be shifted around, but when you’re 100% fully committed you  adjust and are consciously making things happen with great intention!

So, there you have it THREE SIMPLE STEPS to achieving your 90-day Recruiting goal. 

Step #1   MAKE IT A PRIORITY!

Step #2  SCHEDULE YOUR ACTION STEPS!

Step #3  BE 100% FULLY COMMITTED, READY TO GIVE IT YOUR ALL! 

If you write these three steps on the top of your 90-day Recruiting Goal exercise sheet and take action on them every day until December 31, 2013, there is no way you will miss achieving your goal.

It’s a simple formula that has EXPLOSIVE results!

REMEMBER, invite your team to take this challenge!  If everyone on your team recruited three, six or nine new people by December 31, 2013, how would that affect your business, your growth and your income?
