We are in the last 90 days of the year of 2013 and they are the busiest months of the year for direct sales leaders!  You’ll find people on your team who sell more, earn more, recruit more than any other time of the year.

Okay, so Step #1 to achieving your 90-day recruiting goal was to MAKE IT A PRIORITY!  Read the first blog post here, and follow the directions.

There are three SIMPLE steps to achieving goals and these steps are SO simple, you may dismissing them right away.  As you read in my previous blog, if you pay attention and follow these three simple steps “consistently”, every day in your business, you will realize your goals.

So, Step #2 is to simply SCHEDULE YOUR ACTION STEPS! 

Yes, I know, it seems so simple, but here’s the deal, “What gets scheduled, gets done!”   You don’t want to leave anything to chance, you want to make sure you are working on recruiting activities every day!    These activities might include

  • Holding interviews
  • Making calls to prospects
  • Networking and meeting new prospects
  • Following up with past prospects
  • Listening for prime prospects at parties
  • Holding opportunity meetings
  • Inviting prospects to your Opportunity Calls

In the CHALLENGE exercise handout there is a section for you to write out your action steps to achieve your goal.   Look at those action steps EVERY day and

Schedule them on your to-do list

Schedule them on your calendar

Follow-through with each action step, cross it off, and move to the next scheduled step.

Every day, ask yourself, “What needs to get done today?”

Need help and support?  Find an accountability buddy.  Get people to support you in following through with your scheduled action steps.  Ask your sponsor, your leader, your spouse, your best friend or a team member to keep you accountable, and share with them “how” you want them to keep you accountable.

If you want to recruit THREE, SIX,  NINE OR MORE qualified new people in the next 90 days, you must simply SCHEDULE your action steps for success!

Yes, it’s simple, I know, but remember, “What get’s scheduled, get’s done!”
