Now that we have all gone virtual, it’s time for VIRTUAL RECRUITING!  

This is actually not a new concept.  We used to call it LONG DISTANCE RECRUITING.  However, with the technology available today it simply means we have the capacity to recruit anywhere in the country, or in the world depending on your company.

One of the BEST ways to help your team grow and increase recruiting, especially over the summer months, is to offer 3-way VIRTUAL recruiting conversations.

What is a 3-way Virtual Recruiting Conversation?  

YOU +  TEAM MEMBER + PROSPECT

This is a very powerful tool to have in your tool box as a leader.

In my Journey to Leadership Coaching Program, our focus is helping new team members grow into business builders. And we practice and focus on using this ONE tool.

We used to use the good old telephone, but in today’s VIRTUAL world using video conferencing where you are face to face in building relationships you increase the chances of people wanting to join, because they understand the advantages of joining with your opportunity.

Virtual Recruiting Conversations

Here are 5 steps AND A FREE HANDOUT  to set up 3-way Virtual Recruiting Conversations.

  • Work with team members who find interested prospects who want to know more about your company and business opportunity.  Identify these team members and offer these 3-way Recruiting conversations to help them share and close their prospects.
  • Schedule time on your calendar for these 3-way Recruiting conversations. You are a busy leader, and each conversation may take 20 – 30 minutes so allot time on your calendar will help your team members schedule them when it’s convenient for you.
  • When they have scheduled their appointments on your calendar, reach out before the appointment to your team member to get a quick overview why her prospect might be interested.  This will give you a sense of the reason she wants  to join.
  • After holding the 3-way Virtual Recruiting conversation, determine the next step for the prospect, so the team member knows how to follow up with the prospect.
  • Reward all team members who schedule 3-way Virtual Recruiting conversations.  When you reward team members for this effort, they will continue to share the opportunity with other prospects.   A small reward for doing this activity leads to having great success in recruiting.

Setting up 3-way Virtual recruiting Conversations with team members who are committed to learning how to recruit is one of the best ways to train your team, and pretty soon they’ll be holding their own conversations.  That’s when you’ll find your team will be growing in leap and bounds every month.
