December is here, are you ready?

We have 24 days til Christmas! The next two weeks are one of the highest selling times of the year. In my L.E.A.P. Group coaching program we do a special planning party for the three most important months of the year – November, December and January! Because of this planning my clients have had a record breaking November and now are ready for December!

As direct sellers, I remind you that you offer premium products not found in stores and you have the BEST value, BEST customer service, BEST hostess perks for everyone who attends your events. So make December count!

December selling at parties online and offline At your parties in December make your focus from selling to SERVING. Ask your customers, hostess-baskets“How can I help you and your needs” and the SALE will follow.

  • Serve your hostess with an incentive to get $200 or more in outside orders.
  • Serve each guest with a “gift giving list.” Take the time to help everyone with the best products for people on their list.
  • Serve guests and take the time to get to know them. Be the first to greet them at the door, shake their hand and ask questions about THEM.
  • Serve your hostess and thank her in front of your guests! Show them how exciting and fun it is to be a hostess.
  • At check-out be sure to serve each guest with a compliment and suggest a “goes with” product that will enhance their order.

Be prepared at your parties to make December count!

December Customer Service re-order sales  People are looking for special gifts for loved ones and you have the answers. Again offer your “service.”

  • Offer your customers a special gift-wrapping service.
  • 12-days-of-christmas-campaignOffer a 12-days of Christmas special discount each day for 12 days.
  • Hold a Holiday Customer Appreciation event and serve your VIP customers with holiday food and goodies to shop your holiday specials.
  • Offer holiday gift giving private in-person appointments to help with holiday their shopping list.
  • Offer specials discount posts for customers in your VIP Customer Facebook group.

Customers will love your special service! Make December count!

Generate new circles of direct sales business It is that time of year when strangers talk to strangers, and everyone is friendly and helpful. People are smiling and want to connect!   December is an important month to be proactive and maximize your end of year sales, bookings and recruit leads.

It is the month to be open and ready to connect yourself. December is a great month to generate new circles of business

  • Hold a cookie exchange or ornaments exchange event and ask customers and hostesses to bring friends.   Friends who have never heard of you and your product and your business.
  • At every party in December, ask your hostess to invite 3 people you’ve never met before and give her a special gift or bonus when they arrive.
  • At every social event, when you meet a stranger and make a connection, ask if they’d like to attend your next Home party to learn more about your product.
