How do you plan?

I believe in keeping things simple in your business. Focusing on the basics is what brought my team to the million-dollar level, and it all began with my simple 3-step planning routine.   A routine keeps me on task. Of course we all have other random things that pop up each day, but keeping to my 3-step planning routine for my business made the difference in helping me feel organized and on track to reaching my goals.

                        This is how I plan in three steps.

Step 1 Every month, I sit down with my planner and my ONE Notebook and do a review of the goals I want to accomplish for the month.

Step 2 Every week, I plan exactly what my goals and tasks are for the week with a Sunday night ritual.

Step 3 Every day I create a to-do list in my ONE NOTEBOOK and choose the most important (time sensitive) tasks to do first.

It’s a planning routine I developed that keeps me sane and feeling organized and confident that I’m heading towards achieving my BIG GOALS for the year!   It’s a routine that helped me hit the #1 Leader position in my company more than once.

When I teach my successful coaching clients how to plan with this step by step process, they get the results they want.
