This week I was celebrating with some of my private coaching clients who were back from their company incentive trips.  It reminded me of the many amazing incentive trips I experienced myself.

Company incentive trips are designed to help you grow your business.  They help you

  • Set goals to earn the incentive
  • Create an action plan to follow ever month
  • Develop consistency in your business following the action steps
  • Celebrate when you achieve the incentive
  • Build self-confidence in your skills.
  • And GROW your team and your income!

And the result has you celebrating success and earning more money!  Not a bad way to grow your business, would you agree?

 Company incentives are not HARD to win.  They’re easy if you follow the six bullet points laid out above. However, I believe there’s one more strategy that’s necessary to be an incentive winner and that is being willing to adopt the “One More” strategy in your direct sales business. What would it look like for you to adopt this strategy and earn your next company trip?   Ask yourself these questions.

What would it take to add ONE MORE new personal recruit each month?

What would it take to add ONE MORE sale to go over your weekly sales goal?

What would it take to help a new recruit with ONE MORE launch party?

What would it take to add ONE MORE party to your team booking goal?

What would it take to increase your recruiting goal by ONE MORE?

What would it take to increase your team volume goal by ONE MORE thousand?

What would it take to hit ONE MORE higher leader title?

What would it take to have ONE MORE leader promote for the month?

To calculate winning the company incentive is not rocket science.  It’s simply taking the time to figure your daily, weekly and monthly activity levels and adopting that ONE MORE strategy to each activity you hold.

 It seems like everyone gets excited when the trip incentive is announced and for the first month, they work hard and hit the targeted point count.   What transpires after that first month keeps many consultants from keeping on track to winning the incentive, and that’s because they lose focus,  drive and the willingness to work consistently every month.
