I found this to be a fun way to help me keep my focus. I even asked it to suggest high-protein meal plans as well as daily routines and it was an eye opener that helped me build habits to keep my mind sharp and energy high.

Ask AI to create simple spreadsheets or dashboards that show your milestones. Seeing your wins visually keeps you motivated and focused on the finish line.
