Describe any other positive experience that affected your business in 2011?
Question #10 is the last question where you’re discovering your 2011 experiences which affected your business. It’s always important when planning ahead to look back and assess what worked and these ten questions have given you that opportunity.
When you reflect and review what worked and what you learned, you are getting very clear with your thinking in planning your next year ahead.
At the beginning of 2011, I made a conscious decision and that was to build my "International Coaching Business" this year by doing less traveling and spending time writing products for my customers and building my private coaching clients. I developed my
- "Leap Forward in Leadership" Boot camp which has helped over 200 women who participated leap forward in levels in their business
- I created the CALENDAR GIRLS Team Booking System which has helped hundreds of leaders and their consultants build steady and consistent cash flow in their business.
- I created the calendar PLANNER for consultants that will revolutionize their bookings in 2012
- I wrote the "Hostess Coaching Toolkit E-book." that helps leaders and consultants have higher selling parties and bring in more income,
- and I filled my private coaching practice.
This ONE decision to cut back on my corporate consulting clients and build the "International Business Coaching" side of my business was the most positive experience that impacted the growth of my business in 2011 by 300%!
