What makes your Direct Sales business flow?   Having a full calendar of bookings scheduled every month and a Team Booking Blitz this week will keep the flow! In the Party Plan business, or even the Network Marketing business having a “consistent flow” of bookings each month keeps your

  • sales high
  • future bookings consistent, and
  • adding recruit leads to your prime prospect list
  • and consistent income for you and your family.

In the CALENDAR GIRLS Team Booking system we implement a TEAM Booking blitz “ritual” that leaders hold on the third week of every month.

Leaders follow the special template in the workbook and schedule the time allotted for the Booking Blitz. Timing is essential given the size of the team. You may want to hold a 24 hour Booking blitz. I find that the most common is a 48 hour Booking Blitz.  This gives team members ample time to connect with 20 or 30 potential hostesses to get the required amount of bookings they want.

Next we determine a theme for the Booking Blitz. The theme might be Valentines for February, Lucky St. Paddy’s for March, Spring blooms for April. This helps team members get excited to connect and offer a theme incentive or company product special.

BEFORE Team Booking Blitz – Direct your team

  • Hold a special team call on zoom (or other platform) to help team gather a list of potential hostesses.
  • Share the Team Booking Blitz GOAL. How many NEW bookings to add to the team calendar.
  • Review what to say, offer helpful scripts they can use.
  • Set the rules for “In-home” parties or “Facebook Parties” or both!
  • Help team get clear with calendar using the CALENDAR CONFIDENCE system laid out in the DIRECT SALES PLANNER.
  • Leaders in my L.E.A.P. Coaching group are getting great results when asking team members to connect with 10 people by text, 10 people by telephone and 10 people by Instant Messaging.  My suggestion is to use the phone as often as possible – I believe when you pick up the phone you get business!
  • Make sure the connects are “personal contacts”-  no posting on social media. The booking blitz is about building relationships one-on-one and getting solid hostesses.
  • End this call with lots of enthusiasm and confidence so team members are anxious to fill their calendar with bookings into the next month.

DURING Team Booking Blitz – Inspire your team

  • Now it’s time to keep the team inspired and stimulated to keep connecting until they fill the available dates on their calendar.
  • Post multiple times in your Team Facebook group during the blitz with uplifting messages to keep going.
  • Ask Team Members to post when they get a booking
  • Keep track of bookings (using the template in the Calendar Girls workbook)
  • Do a drawing for every 6 bookings added to the team calendar. This rewards them for participation.

AFTER Team Booking Blitz – Reward your team

  • Hold an AFTER Team Booking Blitz call (on zoom.)
  • Have team members share their experiences. You’ll find some didn’t get a booking, but they got a sale or a referral. Some may have sparked an interest in getting a new team member. It’s the “personal” connection that makes the difference.
  • The feedback from the booking blitz is extremely valuable for other team members. When they hear how others did it, they know they can do it too.

The One Hour Booking Blitz  One of my most successful bookings blitzes was taking ONE Hour at our team meeting, where everyone takes 20 minutes and goes to a corner with their cell phones and makes 10 calls. When team members share LIVE and in the moment feedback, that’s when you get the best results!

  • I got two bookings and 3 sales adding up to $500.
