What do you do every week in your business?  The operative word here is “DO.”   “Doing” is taking action.

As entrepreneurs we have the luxury of “doing” whatever we want, but how often are we distracted or make excuses why we can’t do something?  Or we listen to that little voice in our heads that prevents us from taking the action?

What gets in the way from taking action?

From my own personal journey, I can tell you the road to the top was not without  obstacles and pitfalls, but through it all I found there was one secret that kept me leading my team and making the leap from one level to the next level til we were the #1 team in the whole nation with over 2 million in sales.

This one secret helped me develop strong leaders who broke away and created their own dynamic teams.  Each of these strong leaders learned how to hold their own meetings, develop their own training and create their own systems.  And together as a unit of strong leaders, we became a driving force in our company.  Others wanted to know what we were doing, they wanted to know the specifics of how we were recruiting and growing and increasing our income every year.

I could tell you that it took persistence, commitment, and lots of consistent behaviors, but the one secret or key that I’m talking about is taking action every week. Sounds simple, and maybe you’re saying, “Gale, I AM taking action every week!”  But is it the “right” action?  Is it action that brings you high revenue every week?
