What area of your business did you improve the most in 2011?

Three Phases of a Direct Sales BusinessThere are three phases everyone goes through in a Direct Selling Business.

The first phase is when you first join. You’re new, you’re learning how to
·        coach the hostess,
·        present the product,
·        talking to people,
·        writing up orders, and get bookings.  
You are going through a learning curve, but your focus is on making sales. You want to pay back your kit investment, and you want to prove that you can make money at this.
 
The second phase is when you’ve completed your first 6 parties. You are now getting experience and you’re feeling more confident. You know you’re going to make sales, you can write up orders in seconds, but now you want more parties, so you focus on getting bookings.
 
The third phase is when you know you’re sales are going to be $1000 or more every time, you are confident you’ll get 2 bookings and so you arrive at every party with the specific focus on spotting the women who are looking for an opportunity. 
 
In phase three you are focused on finding 3 hot prospects to interview from your parties. 
This is where you are today!

These are the fundamentals of running a direct sales business.
